Ginger: I never claimed they were talentless hacks. I would still question why they chose the same trait for every single one of their cast members, and if there was a particular reason behind it. From an artistic stand point, you need everyone to be able to stand out, even in a crowd. That's why comic books strive to create such iconic looks for their characters.

Keep in mind, I am not referring to how things appear in your head, but how things are artistically created and used for entertainment, in terms of character design.

AHR: While I'd disagree with you about them being all white, the artist in question definitely has a case of Only Six Faces going on.

@Bad The chicken thing is actually addressed. After that rule is written up on the board, the chickens start complaining, so they add something to the rule: "Wings count as legs"

Very I'd say. I remember reading in one Fanfic that Pegasi very rarely shed their feathers and like to keep them when they are shed. This was a point because Celestia's bed was stuffed with Pegasus feathers. I forget whether the implication was that she was a Tyrant or well loved.

I'd hope so to (to the first line). I remember reading another Fanfic where the only feather Pegasi keep is their first shed feather and that it was typically used to propose with.
