Logic major with a minor in linguistics, I tried lots of fields of work, but I am mostly a writer. Of different sorts.

Fiction, nonfiction, poetry - I do all of that, but I am more of a publicist and literary critic. I am better at teaching and analysis than at creating.

My mind works entirely on ideas and concepts, not on real things, so it's difficult to put this stuff on paper. You see me referring to something as a machine? Well, that's just me linking literary concepts to automata theory. My brain makes connections like this.

Also currently writing articles for cracked.com, so expect to know more about me in the future.

Studying (not very well I have to say) for a BA joint honours in English Literature and Modern History.

And I work part time in a filling station...

I'm a Film Production Student in College. (areas of interest include Cinematography and Editing) Trying to get into university. We're starting preparations for our FMP this week.

I'm beginning computer programmer, working for the same company as my father (who taught me pretty much everything I know on the subject). I want to make games eventually, but I'm no artist, so that's not likely to happen any time soon.

I don't have a job, but I hope to withing three months. I'm a student of game design, and I'm in my final quarter. First job will probably be a tester, or something of that ilk.

Still in high school, no programs we got that interest me.

Buuut I'd like to start a career in criminal justice. Study a few years, then go career as a cop.

Currently working on a master's degree, will probably go into teaching after that.

Currently working on my Economics Major, I'm considering getting an Accounting Major as well.

I'm a writer for an international advertising agency. All my posts here have been encoded with subliminal marketing messages.

I'm a major in Japanese - still haven't figured out a career path, though. Probably translation, if not interpretation.

I'd probably have to really start over, since that tosses my professional expertise out the window. (They don't have computers in Equestria, do they?)

I do admit though that because of my job I think I could know my way around hardware, so I wouldn't be out of a job there. I could also write.

Another reason being violently opposed to quote buttons does this forum no good: simple quotes are replaced with this ridiculous arrow thing. and the amount of arrows is almost always wrong since there are new posts popping up while you're writing a post. I have automatic quoteblock formatting and other TV Tropes markup via firefox magic, but still.

I normally just copy the post I'm referring to and put it in italics.

As for profession: I'm a computer science student and am planning to go into infosec.

I'd probably hold off on hugging anypony because I'm pretty sure most of them are capable of kicking my ass and I'd rather not make a bad first impression. The only one I'd hug would probably be Derpy, because she's too spacy to care all that much.
