Hm...

Is "brony" a gender-neutral term?

I think I may* have confused someone into thinking I'm a dude by saying I'm a brony.

[up] Pretty much everything's gender neutral on the internet, except that you're always assumed to be a guy until stated otherwise.

Wait, you're a butcher? But you're the one who's writing a fic with all the heavy scientific concepts, aren't you?

[up] ♥♥ Well, fuck me in the ass. I was sure that had to be it, since it had the word "bro" in it. ♥♥

[up][up] What, butchers can't like science and math too? :( * I just read a lot. ♥♥

Well, no, it just surprised me. I had assumed you were an engineer, or something.

I swear, you guys keep trying to belittle earth ponies don't you?
Isn't that like belittling mexicans? Everyone knows they aren't real people.

Is "brony" a gender-neutral term?
Pretty much.

The important part here is that a girl can be a bro.

[up][up] I have that disorder where I can understand heavy math and science concepts, but then when I look down at my work I discover that I can't tell the difference between my 8s and 3s or my 6s and 0s* . Consequently, it left me unable to pursue any math or science career. [lol]

Or anything that involves legibility, really.

Shitty handwriting is fixable.

You should have seen my incomprehensible high school scribbles, compared to my first semester physics lectures.

it's also attainable. My handwriting in high school was perfect. You should have seen it when I tried to give notes to my classmates a while ago - it looked like someone had had a seizure with a pen in their hand. I write much faster now than I used to, so it might help it if you tried slowing down?

Penmanship is a minor problem, one partly caused by too much typing and not enough writing.

3/8 and 6/0, huh. Try variating your writing style enough to make the numbers more distinguishable. I began making my 3's more angular and slightly minimized the loops in the 6's. You could try doing your math in other character sets, like Chinese (really hard to mix up your numerals here [lol]), Roman, or something.

You can try to write numbers as they're written in typesets like Georgia, preventing you from confusing odd and even numbers

Perhaps this is why FiM is so popular, and it explains why Twilight knew the spell always works.

[up][up][up] & [up][up]

I haven't done proper math in a long time anyway. The most I have to do now is figure out how many polys I should have on a neck afore I join it with some shit, or to make some weird shape into quads, and that doesn't require much writing anyway. Huzzah!

I like animals too* , but I don't have to make a career out of it. Well... technically... er... you know what I mean!

[up]

That is brilliant. Someone needs to add it to this sequence. X)

Wait, so you're a girl butcher that likes MLP?

Speaking of which, I ponder the strange times where it's weird to stumble onto an MLP fan that happens to be a girl.

[up][up]Meh. Bunnies are funnier. They keep moving after being beheaded :p

...And some chicken lives for days after losing their head, too...

[up][up] For science!!

I took this really cool anatomy course back in college where we got to draw skulls and dissect shit* . I've never gotten to look at a horse before, but it would be so amazing to see all the limits of natural joint rotation and how all the muscles and bones join together to make the underlying structure.

[up] One chicken lived for like a year and a half after he got his head cut off. Chickens only need their brain stems to carry out their vital functions and the guy who beheaded it missed most of the brain stem. Awesome.

I am still amused by the idea that Lauren was one of the first to use the "Want it, Need it" spell.

Oh, yeah. Science. Always forget that one.

I'll always remember that time we dissected a pair of frog legs, and I was the only one able to make it jump by hitting the nerve. It flied above a friend xD

[up]I'm quite sure it was also used by half the fandom to have a season 3.

It probably doesn't speak too well of me that I have a bit of a fear of vivsections and butchers after too much guro from the Internet. I still have a morbid curiosity, though, and content myself with dissecting machines.
