There's a sushi restaurant just down the street from my school. The owners barely speak english, so I'm going to assume it's pretty authentic.

But yeah, I do kinda wonder what pony quisine is like? We saw Twilight eating a daisy sandwich, and... other than that it's all sweets. Oh, and Rarity made eggs.

Do you think Equestria has veggie burgers? On one hoof, beef burgers don't exist there, so they wouldn't have anything to base it on. On the other hoof, they might have something similar but not call it a veggie burger.

Although only silly vegans don't eat eggs, considering eggs do not involve killing anything because hens can lay them without a rooster involved, a chicken wouldn't be able to be born anyway, AFAIK.

Whenever I have to write about food it usally devolves into some sort of soup or stew - I don't know how to make anything that doesn't have some meat in it...

There was a hambone somewhere in there, but that was a major animation error according to one layout artist. He even called it the biggest error yet, or something to that effect.

I imagine the hotdogs were also an oversight. Good joke but doesn't fit into the setting.
