I'm not sure that Canadians really have interesting food, considering it almost all comes from other places. Though Poutine is good, and my dad taught me how to make some of the more basic scottish food, like potato bread. Good stuff, that.

Oh, and Dhana: If I ever find myself in that part of the world through some strange coincidence, I will take you up on that offer. I am a man who enjoys his food.

Hey everypony, merry winter's celebration from me again , just returned from the family feast. Traditional Schweinsbratwürschtl with Böhmischer Kartoffelsalat, as always, yay.

@Fallen: Mexican food is indeed among the best ever! I'm spoiled, however, since the Mexican girlfriend of one of my friends made a Mexican feast for us once that was so amazing that I don't think it can ever be topped ever. Mole rulez.

@Posting tomorrow: December 25 isn't as important here in Germany as it is elsewhere, so I'll be here the whole day.

@Fallen: I'd love to try some real mexican food. I stayed at a mayan resort once that had some of what I assume is more traditional fare - cactus, and some sort of chiken wrapped in orange, or something.

I'd always wanted to try a 'real mexican spicy' dish, though. I love really spicy foods, but north america doesn't exactly do spicy.

I can take spicy...Nandos's Hot Sauce couldn't stop me wolfing those chips down...

...the toilet trip was not a pleasant one though.

It's not that bad, Ginger. There are plenty of exotic places and foods and whatnot that aren't at all spicy. IT's not like you're completely cut off from trying anything new.
