I've seen people get suspended for poor English and incorrect formatting. I suspect they're repeat offenders, though.

1. fairly depressed actually which is weird since I'm never depressed during the holidays

The thing is, Celestia doesn't seem emotionally dead. She knows what it's like to have friends; in fact, my belief is that she's had hundreds of friends over her long, long life - loved them, laughed with them and shared their lives, and when it was time for them to go, she saw them off into the dark. She remembers all of their names, of course.

As far as I can tell, she's having Twilight report about friendship to make her really think her lessons through - not just 'you should trust your friends', but why.

I'd sure hate to be in Celestia's shoes, though. Everyone around you, save your sibling, won't be long for this world, in your point of view...

IN COMING UNFOUNDED LUNA FANWANK

Luna still feels guilty for her crimes as Nightmare Moon, but feels even guiltier that she forced to neglect her duties to her domain. If Everfree used to be her kingdom much like Equistria is to Princess Celstia, then think about how screwed up it got in the last Thousand Years.

Everything in Equistria is ordered and controlled, the weather, the plants, the animals are all dependent on the work of the Ponies and their traditions. Spring cant even come until the Ponies "Clean Up Winter". Presumably all of this is maintained and run by Celstia who rules with near total power over her country. There are many reasons for the ponies to be scared of Everfree but notably they are shocked and horrified at the thought of Everfree being completely self sufficient.

But what if Everfree wasn't always such a dangerous place or isn't as bad as we are lead to believe? After all Zecora seems to live there just fine. What if Everfree used to be exactly what Luna represented, not in opposition to her sister but in balance to it? During the day the sun rises and shows the world to all, people can build and construct and order and form laws, but at Night when they sleep the world around them is unseen and unknown, wild and untamed and free, not evil just different and mysterious.

The Everfree Forest as it is today the result of a thousand years of Luna's absence, a twisted wanton mockery of what it was supposed to be: a wild and untamed testament to the beauty of the night and the nature of the wilds. It became corrupt in her absence when she wasn't there to watch over it like Celstia watches over Equstria.

If I was Luna that would make mad with guilt.

I was thinking about how many fans assume Rainbow Dash is lesbian because of her rainbow hair and love of athletics, and I was wondering, did that one rant on Ms. about how the show is "sexist" start that or did the meme develop independently of that article and then the person who wrote that article assumed that Dash is a lesbian because some fans were saying she is?

The meme developed independently methinks because, let's face it, the signs for the stereotype are there. Rainbows as the gay pride color, a sporty tomboy, all she was missing was the buzzcut.

I really don't concive any of the ponies having a sexual orientation.

Sexualizing ponies is a big thing in the fandom, because it happens to everything. We're not too bad about it here, but if we start discussing humanizations it can go downhill.

It makes me angry when people make her straight PURELY to invert the steretype though

Privately? Yeah, I can See her being rather sullen and withdrawn when She's alone.

Foil! Twilight (Multiple Names in the ring): Tall and powerfully built Unicorn. Compared to bookwormy, adorkable, organised and panicy Twilight, Foil! Twilight is lazy but brilliant, unadorkable, disorganised and calm under fire. A bit of an action hero knight to her science hero mage. Agent Mulder to her Agent Scully. Has a female baby Dragon named Scales...a lean fighting machine to Spikes chubby cuteness.

Foil! AJ (Named Big Rig): A massive and powerful Earth Pony. Compared to AJ, he's Canadian in accent, and has a wonderlust, compared to her Southern Drawl and settled lifestyle. Otherwise, honest hard working salt of the earth. Talkative, rambles on and on about anything. Works as a 'truck' for a logging company.

Foil! RD (Named Smoke Screen): Not really developed yet, other than he's a fire pony.

Foil! Rarity (Named Pig Iron): A handsome Unicorn blacksmith. Compared to Rarity, he's crude and vulgar, and not afraid to get dirty. Born to wealthy high class parents, dropped out of fancy school to pursue his craft. Adopts a more 'blue collar persona'. He is artistic and generous...makes metal artwork in his spare time. Scales is crazy for him.

Foil! Fluttershy (Named Check Up): A Pegasus Doctor. Compared to FS, he's forceful, forward and even jerkish. Grouchy and grumpy, he is none the less a great healer, and a great friend. Fearful of animals after an attack ruined his wings as a child.

Foil! Pinkie (Named Chuckles): An Earth Pony Pizza Pony and Street Entertainer. He's just as wacky, kooky and random as her...but never speaks. Can do a wide varity of acts including juggling, unicyling, tight rope walking, disk spinning and flame eating. Also Mimes...has special Mime powers. Has a parrot to do the talking for him, but it often gets him into trouble.

What's not to love about him?
