I think Spooky Nebula shouldn't be a Knight of the Order. He'd have too much insider knowledge to justify his conspiracy theories, so then he woudl be in on the conspiracy, in a sense. Plus, we all have these gusy in young adulthood, yes? Aren't they a bit young to be getting Knighted?
No, he need to be drafted by the Order. Maybe one of the other five is part of the Order, though, but we don't learn that until later on.

One other thing about Check Up...what about,
he's grouchy and grumpy all the time...which is funny to the others...but when he really loses his temper...he's scary.

and in normal mode...hes 'shouty'...in rage mode...he speaks in this really serious, calm, dangerous voice...but it's mostly his face...he has a Stare for ponies.

So essentially Smoke Screen and Check Up are always in opposite moods. When things aren't serious Smoke Screen is calm and reserved while Check Up is grouchy, irritable and shouty. When things get bad Smoke Screen is boisterous, snappish, and generally flying every which direction to solve the problem, while Check Up becomes intensely focused.
To bad it happens so rarely that it just ends up creepy ponies out.

Spooky Nebula: Royal blue coat. Not sure for mane.
Big Rig: White Coat, vanilla mane.
Pig Iron: Slate grey coat, sooty mane.
Smoke Screen: Sandy coat, dark brown mane.
Check Up: Blue coat, white mane.
Chuckles: Crimson coat, bright yellow mane.
