I have to admit that both Applejack/Twilight and Applejack/Rarity are growing on me, although I also like Twilight/Pinkie just because of the sheer contrast.

AJ always struck me as the "regularly goes down to the local pub to have a couple pints" type.

Rarity would be a social drinker of course, though she probably has a few cases of wine lying around for when nights get especially lonely
