It would be a shock just to see a show starring humans and that doesn't get into the violence.

But if you're talking them ponyfied I'd imagine they'd look like this.

Cool ability for Pig Iron,

he can use his horn to weld and cut up metal. He can also use his magic to completely dissamble and reassemble metal objects in moments.

Alternatively, metalbending.

I'm thinking more of something like the panzerbjorn affinity with metal.

[up][up] Never saw the show.

What's metalbending...because it sounds awesome!

Btw, see how Zecora can use magic powders to create illusions? Chuckles can kinda do the same thing with the flames he eats then spits back out.

Do not want to be hit by AJ....

Meh...she's still cute. Eat those pies Pinkie!

RD looks funny in the second panel. [lol]

But they're developing Weapons Of Mass Freezing!

So, Apple light, what about something akin to the panzerbjorn metal-affinity, wherein he can identify the metal and its structure easily with some simple tests?

[up] Yes, that sounds good. Very good.

Like he lifts it up with his telekensisis, ponders over it, then instantly knows the metal type and quality?

Don't know how much you know of Avatar: The Last Airbender, but bending is a set of four mystical martial arts that involve "bending", or controlling, the four elements. Air, Water, Earth, and Fire. Metalbending, therefore, would be the manipulation of metal. Crunching it into a ball, twisting it into a suit of armor, etc. However, it's considered, pretty much universally, to be impossible to bend Earth that's been changed like that.

have to wonder what the deal with writing letters to Princess Clestia is at the end of each episode it's not like TP is telling the Princess stuff she doesn’t already know. Being...you know...a Goddess and all.

First of all, the whole friendship reporting thing is basiecally a pretense to allow Twilight to stay with her friends in Ponyville.

Secondly, it's an assignment from her teacher. How many times have your teachers told you to write a research paper on something they already know? Probably a lot.

Thirdly, that stuff is actually quite powerful and important in Equestria. After all, look at what it did to the Nightmare Moon threat.

So if Pig Iron was a metal bender...he could basicly weld metal like paper? That would come in handy for his artwork.....

One thing to note is that while the normal 4 elements can (and often do) manifest as telekinetic control, it is not the case with metal. Presumably because the bender in question only just invented the ability as an offshoot of eathbending. They have to be touching the metal to do anything with it.

But yeah, long story short, they can make origami out of an inch-thick steel sheet.

OK, Pig Iron is a metal bender...I won't have it any other way.

Now we need C Ms...see how the Mane 6 have three objects in theirs? Three apples, three diamonds, a lightning bolt with three colours etc...

what can we do with the Foils?

Pig Iron is two hammers.

Chuckles is two juggling pins.

Big Rig is two...erm...tyre tracks?

The biggest problem with making AJ the focus of an episode is that she's the most normal of the mane six. Aside from her workaholism in "Applebuck Season, " she's pretty much a dependable, level-headed, ordinary kind'a gal who doesn't have any major issues to learn from... and introducing one for her could make her episode an OOC moment.

Yup, that just about sums up what I like about her.

Gee, suddenly I wish this were a full-on slice-of-life show that didn't need a silly aesop tacked on at the end. Season 3?

Maybe an episode about everyone else considering her boring? [lol]

Or an episode that dredges up her past of being groomed as a Manehattenite by her Orange relatives.

Cue a "Why didn't you tell me?" From Rarity.

Wait, that's it!

AJ is worried that she's 'dull and boring', so she cuts lose...and does something stupid and or terrible in the process. [lol]

[up] Or that too!

So you guys want an episode to actively acknowledge her "blandness"?

My God, that'll backfire so hard it hurts.

[up][up] Great minds think alike!

And those updates were great...even Rage! Pinkie is cute as a button...but have you never heard of the Penguin Empire? They were G1 villians.

[up] The aseop is, every group of friends needs a sensible and level headed one...else they implode.

[up]To bad that admittedly nice message will be drowned out by a flood of "Applejack is most boring pony" memes.

Don't look at me like that, you know it'll happen.
