I will keep with the series for now. My favorite so far is Rarity (she reminds of Kurt from Glee) but Rainbowdash and Applejack kind of annoy me, Twilight is cool in a nerdy kind of way but she's sort of intolerable without Spike around, the others haven't really had enough screentime for me to judge them though Fluttershy seems cute.

If nothing else it does have good well rounded characters for a cartoon I must say.

Yeah, I think the characters are probably the series' strong point. I was impressed with how well rounded they are for a children's cartoon.

I don't hate Applejack it's just....she's so stuborn and something of a hick sterotype, and theres nothing wrong with that in and of itself. But danm epsiode 4 did not endear her to me.

Don't take it personally Ginger, everybody is going to have a least favorite pony. Besides, he's only a few episodes in. Give it time. I wasn't a huge fan of her for most of the first season either.

That was honestly my first impression as well, although she's grown on me since then.

^So far, fairly well, yes. Episode 8 is very weak in my opinion, but the overall quality's stayed consistent.
