Another pony video I made. Ever wonder what Halo Reach's Meet Noble Team trailer would be like with ponies? No? You got it anyway!

I made this when I noticed that both Noble Team and the mane cast have 6 team members. Yeah, that's the only reason

CAST: Carter/Noble 1 - Twilight Kat/Noble 2 - Rarity Jun/Noble 3 - Applejack Emile/Noble 4 - Rainbow Dash Jorge/Noble 5 - Pinkie Pie Noble 6 - Fluttershy Dr. Halsey - Princess Celestia

I'm in the midst of writing a Doctor Whooves fic (because there are so few of them) and I'm kind of surprised that nopony seems to use Rarity as a companion. To me, it seems like a good match.

Rarity is companion.

See Winter Wrap Up, she and Fluttershy sing with Doctor for the moment.

Is there any fic where Flutershy is in ? She must be with 5th or 10th Doctor.
They are like the others. Strange, hideous, resisting, fighting. Only these were not like the others. They did not die.

Do Habsro even consider to make toys of other stuff from show, not only male ponies but other characters or mosters?

That would be cool if they make Dragon or Hydra toy.

So, topic on Ponychan - Trixie was treated unfairly in "Boast Busters" - she's a traveling performer, and the mane cast were heckling.

Not quite buying it. Way I see it, the magic show get-up is foreshadowing that she's a fraud, not an indication that she's a performer.

I draw a comparison between Trixie and Harold Hill, somehow...

To be honest, I kind of agree with you. Upon re-watching the episode, it bothered me that they all hated Trixie before she actually did anything. All her boasting could very well just be advertising—and you're supposed to boast when you advertise.

The ways she takes out the mane cast though are rather mean and kind of retroactively justify their sour opinion of her (if retroactive justification doesn't sit well, then... maybe she had picked on some other pony before Twilight and Spike showed up).

I'll just leave this here. http://ponibooru.413chan.net/post/view/18501

As for Trixie, she was being a bit egotistical, but that doesn't seem too out of place for a stage performer.

Watching that part again, they were just talking amongst themselves about how they didn't like her bragging, then Rainbow Dash booed her, then Trixie got rude, and then things got ugly.

I can sort of understand Rarity and Applejack's exhasperation though. Trixie performing the "most spectacular feats of magic ever witnessed by pony eyes"? Didn't they just get done beating the Godess of the Night? You don't see them proclaiming it all over the place.

plot-wise it might have been a mistake for them to be so agressive towards Trixie but Trixie was very clearly a bully.

hey look an interview with Tara Strong about my little pony!

Well, I've decided to throw my Doctor Whoof fic up for constructive criticism and potential editing.

This is the first draft of Part 1 (of 3).

Yeah, I don't think Trixie was out of line until she declared herself the best in Ponyville and started calling everyone out. Up to that point it just seemed like typical stage performance bravado. This is a world where a third of the population can do magic, so if you want to draw a crowd you probably have to build yourself up more than usual.

[up]Not really. She was an absolutely insufferable prick and when challenged she screwed with everyone else's* effort.

  • I may be a brony but I refuse to use the phrase "everypony" and so forth. Just sounds... weird.

The "-pony" suffix made me realize just how strange it is when words we use almost unconsciously are noticeably modified.

Oddly, it took a while for me to use "everypony" after I started watching the show, since I use "everyone"/"everybody" without even thinking about it, but after a while I started using "everypony" almost without realizing it.

Yeah, I don't feel sympathy for Trixie. She's obnoxious, annoying, completely devoid of redeeming characteristics, her episode is boring...

And she isn't even cute.

I only use everypony occasionally.

Though for some reason it feels weird to say "brofist" instead of "brohoof" now.

I thought "Boast Busters" was pretty weak too.

I keep meaning to re-watch the whole thing, though.

I think the weakest episode was Fall Weather Friends.

There was WAY too much Idiot Ball with that.
