I don't like name Ditzy Doo because I whant character mentioned in WWU to be seperate from Derpy Hooves.

Horever I'm fine if Ditzy is similar or same looking pegasus, she could take every part of fanon about Derpy I what I don't like, that way I could even enjoy that fanon.

@Syd: Why wouldn't "Ditzy Doo" make it past the censors? If it's an insult, it's about as light and non-offensive as you can get.

I agree that it's lightweight. Some people will censor the most innocuous things, though. I'm thinking of the channel (Treehouse?) that felt the need to censor the word "losers" out of Griffon the Brush-Off.

@Badwolf: I don't think so. Keep in mind this was well before Celestia showed up, so she couldn't be related. Although I suppose if Celestia or Luna happened to propagate with one of Platinum's descendants...

Either way, I adamantly refuse to think of Blueblood's family to have anything but the surname 'star'. Although I suppose that her full name could have been Platinum Star. Has a nice ring to it, that.

Yes, but where was Star Swirl in the play? He was Clover's master, you'd think if he were even still alive he'd be the one in charge there, not her. It was probably an anachronism used to put a familiar name on something. Either that or Starswirl left the kingdom to have roaming adventures, where he met the young princesses. Fuck, that's another fanfic idea to add to the list.

Also ginger, I came up with a much better explanation for the Hum Ma Fuh: it was a Slur that the meaning of was lost long ago, and it's generally considered to be something a snooty person said to express disapproval. It's original meaning was 'Home Mother Father' (the language was rather simple then), and is used to imply that they were a lesser creature, as none of their family was civilized enough to have a proper job, and were hence 'at home' all the time. It was most commonly used against earth ponies, but the unicorns would often apply it against pegasi as well.

There was a single scholar in the audience who understood it's meaning. He was very offended.
