Yep.

Oddly enough I got into 40k about the same time I got into MLP (in May). That also meant I was one of the participants in the Ponyhammer 40k thread on Spacebattles (to bad it's kind of dead now).

I'd honestly like to see AJ either hook up with an old aquantance from Manehattan (country mouse and city mouse), or a hoity toity pony who hates his snobby class (pretentious rubbish he says)

I'm just a little worried that Fluttershy has more than just a slight tendency to go yandere, but I won't mind just cuddling up with her :3

I doubt it could cost more than building more than three season's worth of competitive Standard decks in Magic while getting the Classic/Legacy cards needed for my seasonal Singapore GP Extended deck. I reckon I still easily have several hundred bucks worth of must-have cards, especially the stupidly overpowered Aether Vials and all the crazy Mirrodin power cards, plus some Visions tutors and Fetchlands and Painlands and some really sweet old cards, should I choose to liquidate my MTG card collection for moola.

It's not just you, Ginger, I don't like that kind of stuff much either, and I hate Downer Endings too. Hence one reason I'm a Spoiler Hound is because I like to know if something has a Downer Ending ahead of time so I can avoid such works.

Thus I like this show because it's so optimistic, it's like an American magical girl anime in a way!

Bittersweet Endings and Earn Your Happy Endings I'm perfectly fine with (I love em in fact)

but a straight up Downer Ending? That cra can just piss off

I guess it's not as bad when you treat it as just a game, but when people actually start praising the story. I just don't get it.
