Fat pinkie is not a stupid idea, though I am intrigued by Muslim Fluttershy. I mean the very concept makes it Perfect for her to hide her face all the time.

Acrofatic is a pretty unrealistic concept. Gymnastics burn excess fat incredibly fast, it's basically the best workout there is. One thing.

Another thing: her diet mostly consists of sugar. Sugar. Is. Not. Fat. It needs to be processed and then the excess energy is stored as fat - but do you think there is such a thing as excess energy here?
