In "Luna Eclipsed", Twilight lures Pinkie Pie into an alley with a trail of candy, then covers her mouth and tells her to stay quiet.

I shall admit, when I watched that scene I laughed so hard and kept thinking:

Pinkie Pie: I need an adult!

Twilight Sparkle: We are adults!

Yeah, the "luring Pinkie Pie into a back alley with candy" is pretty high up there in terms of Getting Crap Past the Radar. Twilight's floppy horn in "Bridle Gossip" was also totally hilarious. That had to have been intentional.

The first time I saw that I basically went "What. I cannot believe that they actually did this and got away with it." Then I lol'd so hard I pretty much fell off my chair.

I like the one from the episode with a griffon where pinkie said to fluttershy "Juust let your aunty pinkie take care of you!" and Fluttershy just said "...I'm a year older than you."

I know it's not radar. It was just funny

Uh...I liked that moment, but how is that Getting Crap Past the Radar? Did I accidentally skip a post or something?

@Ginger: Somebody went through and removed a lot of stuff of dubious intentionality. I think they overdid it a bit, but the idea was to cut all the stuff that was Accidental Innuendo because radar dodging stuff is intentional on the part of the writers.

And the voice actors must've noticed something... Or maybe not, sine Tara Strong doesn't record simultaneously with the others....

did anyone see Dash's face after finding out the MMDW rescued more construction workers than her? It was like her face after Pinkie got her in the tree in Griffon The Brush Off.

This season has some great faces, and the animation was really improved. I like the panning shots, like the one in the library where it pans from Spike hiding behind a bookcase to Celestia and Twilight.

Favorite radar moment is definitely the "No screaming" bit from Lune Eclipsed. I showed it to one of my non-brony friends without any set-up or context. His reaction was priceless.

There's been a general bump in the animation for Season 2. Not just with the exploitable reaction faces either. The Atomic Rainboom is some of the smoothest and most detailed I've seen in the show.

For some reason I thought that the way that some of the expressions during that song were kind of off...Mostly when Rainbow sings "There's really just one way" and when she jumps up while singing "test".

So are we moving onto favorite expressions then? I have to admit that Dash's Awesomeface from Applebuck Season is pretty hilarious, memes aside. As is Applejack's terrible poker face.

She almost looks too enthusiastic at some points. That and the ponies look way less pony-like when you see them head on.
