I've been doing a bit of reserch,
and apparently, small ponies (which I'm assuming the mane 6 are) are under 12.2 hands (50 inches) in height at the withers. By comparsion, male German Shepherds grow to around 24-26 inches in height at the withers.
I thought the dog would be bigger than that. Oh well. Bobbie can still be a force to be reckoned with.

Why didn't he eat the rest of that carrot anyway? He was eating the thing pretty happily until Fluttershy came along, and he seemed to stop in response to something she said, rather than being full

She told him not to eat so fast, so if she's going to tell him how to eat, he'll just not eat.
But yeah I love Angel, Sure he's a jerk to Fluttershy at times, but just as often it's clear he's doing it to try and help her toughen up. And i love the idea of him being the one that keeps an unruly animals at her place in line.
Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.

The slumber party episode had a book with the same title, only replace "sex" with "slumber party"

Angel is funny. And it's pretty clear that he has Fluttershy's back.
Gummy is still my favourite of the pets though. Watch him and Pinkie playing together in 'May The Best Pet Win'.
