Given all her emphasis on being "cool, " I can easily see how Rainbow Dash and Gilda bonded, since I could see Gilda holding a similar kind of pet competition. Yet another similarity between her and Sonic the Hedgehog, especially in the games that play up him being a "cool dude with an attitude." I bet if Sonic lived in Equestria he'd either be friends with Rainbow, rivals or (most likely) friendly rivals.

Definetely Friendly rivals!

They really wouldn't have nothing against each other and just got mean competetive streaks.

Other than that, both Dash and Sonic are quite friendly, most of the time.

I wouldn't call it a prejudice, I'd call it a "Just because I like something doesn't mean I want to see porn of it." I like ponies jut fine but I'm not interested in seeing them in sexual situations, reason numero uno being I'm not attracted to ponies and numero duos being I'm not interested in seeing ponies in sexual situations, unless it's funny.

What I meant by prejudice is that a lot of bronies look down on cloppers and say things like: "Dude, you need help" and "They're disgusting perverts"

^^It's certainly not the aspect of my own fandom I would put forward first, no. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with it, but the fact that others do is reason enough to be cautious.

Which really is a plum shame. A lot of cloppers I've met are really nice people

Sometimes I'll be browsing, and suddenly a full on non-pornographic pony discussion will pop up in the comments section of a pornographic image. It makes me go "I love this fandom."

and generally, Mousa. It isn't the fact that they're PONIES that they're attracted to, it's the personalities of the characters themselves

Well, Fluttershy is only one pony... maybe her home is also a pseudo-pet shop like someone else suggested?

Suddenly, I'm imagining Fluttershy having duets with random background ponies coming to look for a pet. Maybe that's why Derpy was there, she was next in line and wanted the goat! Or a chicken.

As caring as Fluttershy is, she does have a ton of animals and unless you're ill or your name is Angel, you won't be getting special treatment. On the other hoof being adopted by another pony means that they will be to spend a lot more time on you.

I also thought that Fluttershy is pretty much the head and only personell of Ponyville's Only Pet Shop and Vetenarian.

So yeah, as caring as she is, she has to split her attention to a horde of critters.

Adoption to a petless home pretty much means an increase in attention and adoration.

Also, how did all those birds and stuff sit on clouds? Arent only pegasi supposed to be able to do that?
