I've been meaning to write a fanfic for a while, but I suck at writing and I can't think of any ideas. Suggestions for a plot?

The only characters I dislike are Snips, Snails and Pipsqueak, and its more in a "I don't find them that interesting" sense than anything.

@Ginger: I understand how you feel, even though I like Pinkie Pie, because I've felt that way before. I don't hate you at all, you more remind me of myself when I used to rant on forums about how I hated certain Sailor Moon characters. I can definitely understand how the show's treatment of Pinkie Pie can annoy some people.

Ironically, even though it stars my two favorites, I'm not that fond of "Feeling Pinkie Keen" because of the way it handled the moral. I know they weren't necessarily going for a religion-related moral but I don't really like that it implies that there are some things that shouldn't be studied. Or at least it could've been more explicit that Twilight's problem was less that she was trying to study Pinkie and more that she didn't want to admit that there might be forms of magic that she hasn't heard of yet. Pinkie Sense could definitely be studied scientifically (you could put Pinkie in situations that would make the twitches happen or at least record the twitches and then what happens afterward), but Twilight was more trying to prove that it wasn't real rather than being excited to learn something new. I guess I would've liked it better if it had been more that the moral was "real science is exploring new ideas, not stubbornly trying to prove a point and ignoring the evidence."

I think that idea is vague enough that if even if Sky did use it, it would probably turn out vastly different from your version.

@Sky: Cheerilee is out for a day and Twilight has to fill in for her. Overwhelmed by the students, she calls in her friends for help.

@Ginger: I don't think anyone hates you over it (I know I don't). It just gets a bit irksome when everyone is reluctant to mention Pinkie because they don't want to start an argument over the character's merits.

That's the only way I can think of, unless he balances the notebook on one of his hooves? (that'd be pretty unstable though)

Cool that's great, my advice is to write about whatever you are the most passionate :) and you will be fine.

As far as discorded!RD from last page, I like the name Rainbow Ditch the best.

Also, do you think we'll overtake the Pokemon thread in post count before the next episode airs?
