Right Behind Me, maybe?
I don't think he'll really go after Dash all that much; if he were treating her like a wanted felon, she wouldn't have any time to rest, and she'd never come to Ponyville because it would mean getting harassed. That would get boring fast.

I'm a college student! I don't have time for this!
Except on April Fool's Day.
"You used to be able to predict every prank I threw at you! What gives?"
"It's April Fools'. I figure I could cut you some sla—"
"YES!" *flies up and stomps a conveniently-placed raincloud*
But apart, all we are is just a pile of mush and some crumbly dry mess...
Got a weird image of the cop being a hard-boiled, Eliot Ness-esque kind of guy.
And everything goes sepia-tone or black and white everytime he talks.
You can't stop what's coming.
Wow. So my friend, who joined the herd two days ago, has just made 4 of his other friends into bronies. Seriously, that guy went from "joining the herd" to "herder" in two days.
Don't make me fire Pinky's party cannon.
^I would expect an
Enemy Mine sort of relationship to develop - or rather,
Friendly Rivals. That is, Peeler knows that Dash isn't really doing any harm, and Dash knows that, so it's just a thing they do every now and then.

I'd prefer to see him wearing Scott Summers' visor, personally.
Spiklops!

You know I'm starting to think this is a quantum thread, whenever I actaully pay close attention to it, it never moves, soon as I get distracted for a bit or leave the computer and come back, boom 3 more pages.
Leaves slow thread, comes back to 3 pages
Wow, QFT

Oh believe me sometimes this place moves at fast imageboard thread speeds.
Like "leave for a couple hours, come back to 50+ pages" speeds?
But apart, all we are is just a pile of mush and some crumbly dry mess...
And when an actual episode has just aired, it momentarily slows down the entire rest of the internet to handle the pressure.

It's kinda like a tsunami. First, the waters recede. Then the giant wave hits.

Sometimes, random things cause a surge in posting rate. Like a
controversial discussion topic.

Well obviously Twilight is A's, Rainbow is probly D's, Applejack a solid C, Fluttershy and rarity most likely both B's, and pinkie all over the place.
What I'm talking about what there average grades in school were......
Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.
Pinkie Pie gets a fairly average mark, except that occasionally she fills in the paper and completely by accident it reprograms the computer to give her 100%.
