It's About Time is one of my favorites, so that should be something to look forward too.

I also liked Putting your Hoof Down.

EDIT:[up]Same here. It's lots of fun.

I'll concur that Sereg is awesome, but what does his dislike of Life & Times have to do with it? - Midnight Rambler

Maybe it's because I can relate to it a bit. I'm normally really quiet and try not to be rude or mean, but I've flipped shit on people quite a few times thanks to depression taking hold >_>

Guess I know what Fluttershy's pre-transformation Shadow is like now.

@Dark Well at least it's something I guess. And from what I've seen it'll be a marginally better episode. Sorry for that venomous rant and I mean no offence to anybody who liked Putting your Hoof Down but at the end of the day it's just opinions really and with an episode like that, ya really can't please everyone. But ah well....

Of course, everything but the faq is in Japanese.

Did you try Google Translate?

Yeah, but Japanese grammar makes what comes out a mess.

There's a guy on a Youtube helping via comments.

It's going to be worth it, the Sharp has twice the clarity of a Genesis and 3 times the power, producing some amazing chiptunes.

So much Tealove lately. She was in the Big Mac comic as well.
In FiM #10, Tealove was actually requested by Hasbro; I dunno if it's the same case in FiM #11 (but I'm happy to see her either way). Maybe it's because her mini-figure toy is going to be released in the US as an exclusive with Little, Brown's Mini Pony Collector's Guide book next month?

Interesting. I wonder if they'll request Snowctacher next.

"It's About Time" is a great episode, if a bit flawed. It has quite a bit of filler, but it's so entertaining I don't really care.

My big complaint is that they repeated the scene verbatim. At least mix it up a little like The Endless Eight.

But if wasn't exactly the same it would be a paradox.
Can you cool it with the Karn puns, Zennistrad? No problem. They were kinda Karny anyway.

I don't like time travel in general. It's one of the very few things I refuse to believe in. This coming from a guy who, pre- MLP Fi M, said we can't prove for certain that unicorns don't exist unless we get a camera to check every inch of land on earth.
An absolutely horrible person. Really.

You don't have to change the contents of the timeline to make the scene feel different. Try different camera angles, or cherry-pick which bit of dialogue gets included. I'm sure there are more techniques, but those are what come to mind at the moment.

[up]They could have abbreviated it or used different camera angles or something rather than literally copy-pasting the exact same scene in again.

Yeah, using the exact same video just feels lazy.

Has anyone ever spliced together a really long video where the episode keeps repeating from the first instance of that scene whenever it reaches the second instance of that scene?

[up]I think that's called a GIF.

No, that's not what they mean. They mean like, show the whole episode, but then once it gets to the second instance of the two twilights scene, show the whole episode again, and so on.

I think you responded to the wrong person there.

Well, time travel through time dialation at light speeds is possible. And if at the right distance from a black hole's event horizon, you could experience time warping effects.

Not to mention the Crazy Awesom idea preposed by Louise Crane and Sean Westmorland of attaching an artificial black hole to a starship and using the event-horizon's Hawking radiation to prepell it faster than the speed of light.

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect but actually from a non linear, non subjective viewpoint it's more like a big ball of....Wibbly wobbly...timey wimey....stuff...

Speaking of time travel, anyone play Achron? I used to play it but I haven't played it in a while.
