Based on Applejack's scenes she was wandering around the garden for at least an hour before she started trying to catch the animals. Still a pretty quick turn around from sweet to crazy

but she's probably never had this problem with animals before, so having them ignore her for an hour was probably confusing and frustrating.

Fluttershy's freakout was pretty funny, IMO. I also love Rarity rightfully chewing out Prince Blue Blood.

Also, did anyone notice that a lot of the ponies from Canterlot seem to have something celestial as their cutie mark? (Like stars, suns, moons, ect.) Or was that just me?

I like how each of them has their own level of crazy. Fluttershy gets homicidal, Pinkie goes...well, schizo for a moment, while Twilight just goes delusional, as seen with "We have to build an exact replica of Ponyville right over there! We have less than a minute!"

We haven't seen Applejack, yet, though. Although that may have manifested as the loopyness we saw in Applebuck Season. Haven't seen Rainbow Dash get mad, either.
