It would explain why Applejack got her cutie mark last of her class, and why Scootaloo and Applebloom are such late bloomers.

I mean, if the mind ages normally but the body is of a younger person, that would explain how baby Applejack (I'm Appuhjack. Moa appuh fwittuhs?) could speak when no other babies could. She was actually older than she looked.

It would maybe be something like Turner's Syndrome, but for ponies.

Well, sub-dimensional transmission is still less interference-prone than trying to pipe wifi through a forest :V

Thus why I tend to post sporadically, and have a even worse handle on current events than usual. I don't always have internet out here, but when I do, it's always interdimensional.

@Ivy: You ever tried getting some kind of balloon transmitter to bounce signals off that could be set up above the cloudline? Could be less trouble than setting up a daisy-chain of signal relays through the trees.

Not seriously, but I enjoy looking into you guys in my free time if the internet's cooperating. As an ecologist and behavioral biologist, you guys are a bit outside my field of research, but I've always found anthropology interesting, too.

That would be it, then. Quite a few of Wild Shot's friends from photography school went into fashion photography, and apparently they all went nuts over her for a while there. He says he can't wait to rub being the last one to photograph her in their faces, and then I reminded him that he never actually took her picture because she asked us to leave after he broke her table.

To be fair, it looked like it had already been broken once and put back together by somepony with a cutie mark in abstract art.
