If by cracking down you mean some asshole sent a complaint pretending to be Hasbro. The episodes are still on youtube, it was only some of the uploaders that got hit. We should be fine.

Soo... Spike's species grows the more they eat?

I bet there's a threshold somewhere, and if he grows to a certain size it becomes permanent, otherwise he'll change back to normal

Why do Spike's episodes always turn him into an asshole?

Hey, it had it's good parts. I really liked Spike's hunt for a quill, and Dastardly Spike could have saved just about anything for me. Honestly, the only part I disliked was the part after Spike ran away.

When I say "Not all that fond of" I meant "I don't think many people consider it a highlight of season 1" It's not bad by any stretch, it's just...

... y'know everyone considers "Look Before you Sleep" to be the "meh" episode? Mine was Owl's Well

I DID really like the abrupt juxtaposition of Twilight before and after Spike went to sleep though

Fair enough. I guess I am less likely to re-watch it than other episodes.

So it says his growth spurt could decimate Ponyville. Does that mean he is getting larger than the town, or just so big that his awkwardness causes him to keep accidentally breaking things?

I assume the latter. "Decimate" seems like the sort of hyperbole a tv listings site would make.

Is he gonna look more like the dragon from Dragonshy? Or like the grown version of himself in "CMC"?

What if there's a King Kong reference? When Spike grows really big will he grab Rarity and climb up a tall mountain I guess. There's not really any tall buildings in Ponyville.

I don't know how it would be set up but it could be funny.

I don't know how they could possibly play that off without any future interaction between them being creepy. "Sorry I kidnapped you and took you to my mountain lair, " just doesn't cut it.

It wasn't so bad, but I'll agree it was kind of a meh episode outside of a few funny parts.

And funny how we've never seen Owlolicious since.

The pets tend to only show up when it's plot relevant. I bet we'll be seeing the owl again next week along with all the others.

For me it'd be worth it just to see a re-enacment of the scene where king kong reaches into the building and pulls out the girl. Except with Spike reaching into the Carrousel Boutique

With all the other pets it feels feesible for them to show up whenever they're needed. I can imagine that Winona, Opal, Angel, and Gummy are just milling around somewhere between their scenes.

Owlowiscious had such a specific purpose though. I'm honestly surprised that we haven't seen him since. He's Twilight's secondary assisstant ffs

I liked Owl episode. I admit It wasn't best but it wasn;t meh to me (no epise is 'meh' to me). I propably even like it more than Diamond Dogs and this ep is popular.

Gummy rivals the royal guards in terms of "Not Giving a Fuck" I highly doubt the cakes care about him. Gummy doesn't DO anything
