@Mio: To be fair, while Cthulhu was built up as this impossible, unstoppable, sanity-destroying abomination, the very first story he appears in has him getting defeated by a bunch of humans that hit him with a boat. Sure, those humans probably went insane later, but it can be hard to accept Cthulhu (and the other Elder Gods, by extension) to be that incredibly powerful when he gets punched out fairly easily in his debut story.

And in Pacific Rim, Gipsy Danger used an oil tanker as an improvised weapon. We're cool, then.

Given what the normal fauna of Equestria is like, one presumes their eldritch abominations would be rather more eldritch and abominable.

If this were dream valley maybe, but in Equestria, given the example of Discord, they'd just be a bunch of annoying, demented, Mr. Mxyzptlk and Great Gazoos. Which I guess would make them Eldritch in the old sense.

Studying the apple body shape I want to give her, I've learnt that they have shoulders boarder than their waist, slim arms and legs compared to their body (but if their body is big, then their limbs could still be big), and that apple shaped women can be very well endowed. It depends on whether we consider Discord to be the be-all-end all. And, in fact, how far he himself is willing to go with his powers. I mean, it's possible what we see is just A Form You Are Comfortable With. Not much fun fucking around with ponies if their brains melt upon seeing you.

There's also the fact that, despite him being far and away the most powerful entity we see in the show, there's a power that can neutralize him with ease, which means there's something that's at least his equal out there to power the Elements in the first place. With that, there's really no evidence that there isn't anything a lot worse out there. Or that there's nothing in the in-between that isn't as powerful(As someone who plays pong with the fabric of reality), but a lot weirder.

Like, imagine Discord is say, a Hydra. Pretty menacing, kinda weird. There's still dragons and Timberwolves kicking around, out there.

Well sure it's all possible that stuff worse may exist, it's also just as possible that the buck (pun unintended) does stop with Discord and the Elements.

Given what have seen at this point I say my assesment is accurate enough.

Well, yeah. I mean evidence is on your side, here. I can pull out "The Absence of Evidence is not the Evidence of Absence" all I want but yeah... no evidence.

That said, the fact remains there's some really fucked up stuff in Equestria. Between the princesses, the Cosmic Council and Prince Leo from the expanded universe(Not to mention the Moon Spectres), and the fact that Discord has a species name(Though I think he's ultimately unique in terms of what he is and can do), there's probably some pretty infathomable shit hiding between the bookshelves.

Also, Draconaquisses are the pony equivalent of Fullmetal Alchemist's Chimeras: Artificially created being made by fusing two or more animals together for yucks, based on Discord as a model.

Maybe "draconequus" (or whatever the spelling is) is like how "Pegaus" used to be a very specific winged horse, as in Pegasus was his name name, but now you can pretty much call any winged horse a "pegasus".

It is weird that Discord has a species name seeing as how he seems completely unique.

Maybe he killed all the other Draconi so he could be more special.

It would be cool if there where other Draconi.
