About Scootaloo being related to Fluttershy, if we're going by the idea that fur and mane colors are hints to being related, that might work. Scootaloo's colors are similar to Fluttershy's, only darker (orange instead of pale yellow, darker magenta instead of pale pink). Also, interestingly enough, it was G3 Scootaloo who had a butterfly cutie mark! However, since it was never mentioned in Stare Master, I doubt they're related unless it's as very distant cousins, since you'd think either of them would have said something about it in that story.

Does time-travel exist in Equestria? Maybe Scootaloo is Fluttershy's daughter from the future, like Chibi-Usa from Sailor Moon!

@Applelight: I'm pretty sure it would be a permanent switch. It works like this, as far as I can tell:

Celestia and Luna discovered the Elements of Harmony and claimed them as their own to defeat Discord.

Luna relinquished her three Elements when she turned on Celestia during the Nightmare Eclipse.

Celestia claimed those three Elements in addition to her own, and banished Luna to the moon. After doing so, she relinquished all six Elements and left them in the Everfree Palace.

The girls claimed the Elements in "The Elements of Harmony", presumably by Twilight listing the great acts of those Elements they had performed.

The Elements don't work in "Return of Harmony, Part 1", but they do start to work - this is because the girls, though Discorded, are still the Bearers. It fails because A) Spike is not Rainbow Dash and B) they're Discorded.

Presumably, once they took their necklaces off and willingly cast them away, the Elements were unclaimed again. That has some wiggle room, since they keep their cutie mark shapes even after they're thrown away.

I agree. I don't see what the trouble is with furries, or even, say, with bestiality, apart from hygiene. (I refuse to imagine what diseases one could get by having sex with an animal...). If people acted less like it was a big deal, the people who actually enjoy that stuff would feel less encouraged to talk about it. As it is, it's one more exciting taboo, which is just stupid, like most taboos.

That said... Personally I don't like that.

But the clopbits in Fallout Equestria are so hilariously cute I think they really add to the story...

Fluttershy is best pony, and thanks to a taped TV show, I've learned that I can recognise an appearance by Rarity in an ad even at 32x speed. (My exact thoughts: "Holy shit that's Rarity!")

I prefer Scootaloo being bestchicken. That way I don't have to put her into the same category as other ponies and screw up the judging process.
