@Spyro 4: Pinkie (and all of the Mane 6) are honorary members of the Apple Family. Remember The Flim Flam Brothers episode? Probably AJ announced the Apple Family was going on an outing and Pinkie assumed that meant her too. AJ seems to be cool with it.

AJ and Pinkie should hang out more often really, they'd get along... interestingly.
