@Thirikal: Sombra was actually a pretty cool guy. I mean, he lived 1000 years ago. I forgive my grandparents overt racism, so I think I can cut him some slack.

After all, the unofficial motto of the Crystal Emperor was, "All citizens equal UNDER THE EMPEROR ", and he stuck to it. Sure the mares couldn't vote or choose their careers, but neither could the stallions, and the gender of your lover was irrelevant so long as you went to the mandatory procreative centers every ten months.
