@Freeman: One of the earlier MLP generations had sea ponies who did a song with SHOO BE DOO in it, so whenever sea ponies get mentioned that's the standard response.

I'm rather ambivalent on the term; I really don't care much if people use fanspeak within the given fandom, although sometimes it can get kinda annoying. Then again, clopfics don't interest me at all, so it really doesn't come up for me.
