The Western Zodiac, Atheistically, But The theme here is to use her flaws, weaknesses or fears against her. (I think the fear or separation might work well) Also note that she and certain other ponies are in a maze/labyrinth at this point in the story.

@Morning Star: I really can't think of a zodiac that fits that sort of thing. Though I guess since she looks up to Applejack you could play to any potential fears of her and her feelings. If that's the case I would go with a Capricorn themed guardian.
