So am I the only one who has the Pinkie Pie Polka as his personal

A child may be raised to think that light is darkness, but the light still enlightens.
It doesn't pop into my head often, though it is in my playlist of instrumental MLP songs.
Holy crap, I got a response from blog pony, and he says he'll put my story up on ED.
Actually, I might've misread it. He said he'd "toss it up tonight." That might just mean he'll hand it over to the other readers. Ah well. We'll see.
Anyone else think it'd be amusing if the big bad for the next season was a human, and we got a whole bunch of "WTF is a human?" reactions from the characters?
I'm guessing/hoping they do something with the four stars related to the villains. Apocalypse ponies sure would be neat. What are kid friendly words for conquest, war, famine, and death? Maybe it's something that could just be alluded to? It looks like the riders have objects associated with them that could work as cutie marks.

I find it funny you guys are talking about that; I was just thinking about that a little bit ago.

I have nothing relevant to contribute to this conversation.
I'm currently trying to come up with a storyline for Carrot Top, Derpy, and Tutti Frutti as they seem like an interesting combination.

I've always liked the imagery of the four horsemen, and I've thought a bit about how they could be used in some work before even hearing of MLP. I think they'd make cool motifs for MGS villains, for one.
Looks like there was a Four Horsemen squad of assassins in Metal Gear 2. Huh.
I guess there are other motifs that come in fours that could be applied. There's the four temperaments, elements (water, etc.), and seasons. Winter is sort of a famine-y season, isn't it?

Wouldn't it be great if their gimmick was that they couldn't decide on a gimmick?

@Josieph: That sounds cool! I've been trying to come up with one-shots based around Luna and Celestia during their childhood.

That'd be pretty funny, actually.

I could see that. Summer would be war (heat=fire and heat from guns, bullets, explosives, ect.) Spring could be pestilence (when all the bugs come out) and Fall death (when all the trees die.)

remember not to dumb things down too much....
death, to me, is the only one that really presents a problem. I mean, pestilence, famine, and war - sickness, hunger and fighting. Easy stuff, all things kids face pretty much all the time. Death? not so much...Loss is the best one I've heard so far, I guess...Stillness? Emptiness?
Emptiness sounds like it could do the job.
Hey guys, I found a text emoticon for Rainbow Dash's sho aweshum face.
