So, I finally got and read the Rarity Microseries comic. I loved it! I honestly loved it so much I kinda wish it had, or will be, an episode. The story was great, not to mention hilarious(Seriously, every time Flax Seed did something was brilliant), and the art is great this time around too - I think they used the artist of the main series for it. It had his/her signature 'crowd shots full of references and buttloads of Funny Background Events' going on. If I have any complaint about it, it's really just one scene where Rarity goes from calm in the evening to angrily demanding a refund the next morning without any real sign of provocation in between... but really, that's a fairly minor complaint. Though I also find it kindo f odd Rarity doesn't mention anything about Flim and Flam after hearing they're responsible for the hippies' troubles.

@Ace anyone's ancestry can be traced back to famous historical people. If you want to go to (Biblical) extremes everyone can be traced back to Adam and Eve.

Aaaand just finished the Flutt3ershy Microcomic! It was... alright. Not quite as good as the Rarity comic, either in terms or art, but it was still really nice and fun, and had a really good message, and a very personal one for anyone who's dabbled in the arts. I'm kinda disappointed it was so, short though.

Oh, and the cover I got◊ was really pretty! Honestly one of my favorite parts of the comic. Which... just goes to show how little I have to say about it...

Eeeehehee. I was actually quitep leased with the random covers. This◊ is the rarity one I got. While I wouldn't have objected to one of these◊ two◊, it's still a really cool cover. Very vibrant.

So far as far as the micro series, my preference goes Rarity>Twilight>Fluttershy>RD

Really? I think I'd probably go Rarity>RD>Twilight=Fluttershy. The Twilight story was good but that art just bugged me. Dash's was choppy, but still fun and the art was a lot better, so it's kinda just above Twilight.

As for the cover galleries, I'm pretty sure that's a digital thing... seems kinda pointless to me if I can get the images off google. Unless the cover gallery is like an artbook with all the variant covers, which would be neat.

I wonder if MLP will ever release an artbook? That would probably sell like a motherfucker. I found an artbook for Wakfu once, but it was all in french so I passed it up for a copy of Lackadaisy.
