Rarity seems like she would make a decent roommate, so long as boundaries are set. Be fastidious in the common areas, fine. I'm cool with that, and will totally help out. Just... keep it out of my room. Plus I could probably pervert her to some of my hobbies, since gaming isn't overly messy or uncouth.

For the second... Maybe Big Mac? It'd be nice to chill with someone who's cool with not talking. My only real complaint with my current roommate is that He'll strike up a conversation any time I venture out of my room, and doesn't seem to be so good at breaking them off...

Definitely Rarity and Twi. Rarity because she is best pony and I think she'll get along well with me, and Twi because I need SOMEPONY to do my Calculus work.

Just read the updated synopsis.

So we ALREADY KNOW that Shimmers stole the Crown. Is that supposed to be a spoiler, or not? Does Twilight KNOW that she stole it?

Also, what's with getting crowned the Queen of the prom in order to get the Crown back? Can't she just....... swipe it away backstage??

Wait, if Sunset stole the crown, does that mean snuck into a magical world for the sole purpose of stealing a crown for her prom? That seems like a lot of effort just to be a bitch.

For roommates, I'd want Twi for sure, and either RD or Pinkie. Probably Rainbow, Pinkie is great but she'd probably drive me up the wall if I was living with her.

Lol, that's a good point. If I were to do it, and I didn't know the person involved, I'd probably ask for a non-refundable deposit of a certain percentage, and then the rest on delivery.

@CDRW: Well, I did that once, but it was kind of a spur of the moment thing, and it was an idea I was probably going to write about anyway. What it comes down to is that I'd much prefer to write something that I want to write rather than tailor the story to someone else's tastes. Unless they pay a lot. That's just me, though.

Yeah, there's also that. Basically, if I started taking commissions I'd probably turn down like half the requests I got due to not wanting to write about that stuff. Even if you say "no clop", I still feel like doing story commissions would be more difficult than pictures because you have to come up with an entire narrative, whereas in a picture you just have the snapshot. Of course, I know precisely nothing about art, so I'm sure there are other difficulties in doing art commissions.

I find writing commission fics to be really fun, because I work better with a full outline — even if it's not my own.
