@applelight: Doc seems pretty much the same from when we talked about, though it's still good. I say you should follow through with the necromancy idea.
@Terry: I never could understand that guy's art style. Also, I kind of doubt that's the reason for Celestia's lack of overt displays of power though it's nice to think (in a reduced form, personally).

I really need to see that movie one day, but yeah. Not a villain or anything sinister, just a guy who's there to help explain what's going on with the tax code whenever the princesses ask. He's pretty much a background character.
