Fancy. Probably better for fending people off, too - I'd imagine the flexibility makes it whip a bit.

Which is a bizarre line of thought to have, but I will admit whenever I see someone with a walking stick I tend to stay out of their way.

I'm working on a couple things, myself, one of which is going to be a choose your own adventure full of stylistic suck, but I'm not really getting anywhere with them at the moment.

Oh, there's certainly that - even if they weren't visually impaired, I tend to avoid touching people as much as I can because I'm fucking huge, and an incautious step can bowl someone over - but there's also the fact that I'm naturally cautious of anyone carrying around a big stick. Like I said, I'm sure some people I've seen with one can see me just fine.

Oh, I love those gamebooks.

I really don't like how people tend to move away from us. It just makes me feel isolated and ignored. Most people seem to be so flusterd that they don't know what to say or go overboard and try and handle me like I'm a china doll.

I mean, like I said, I tend to get out of people's way normally anyways. I guess it'd be a bit different if I were standing still and someone else were approaching - unless there was no way around me I probably wouldn't move - but most of it is people probably just not wanting to take the chance of being walked into. Which bites, I can imagine.

As for Mousa, I know he was active in the Homestuck thread for a while, but since Homestuck went on hiatus I haven't been following the thread because it's so rarely on topic (seriously, we're actually pretty good about it compared to them) so I don't know if he's still hanging around.
