Idea: Scootaloo ships a relative of hers with Rainbow Dash, because if they get married then Rainbow Dash will be related to her.

It's as close to screwing yourself as you can get. Genetic monotony is disconcerting both on a primal and ethical level. It's like a pond as opposed to a river. the river travels grows an shrinks and gains new and different experiences over time. A pond is filthy and stagnant and whatever is there festers and grows and it's never healthy whatever it is.

In a way I sort of do and don't like the Twi/Celestia thing. I think it's sort of possible their relationship could be romantic, but not really sexual. Like, as it stands they clearly love each other in some degree; Twilight hold huge regard for her mentor, even above normal ponies, and Celestia is very concerned about her progress. When you consider that one of the biggest things they have in common is isolation, it's not hard to imagine them looking to each other for companionship to a large degree. I can imagine them doing all the sorts of things that couples would end up doing; going on dates, sitting around together chatting idly, just never getting to the physical aspect of the relationship. Maybe because after so long Celestia just doesn't have that kind of drive anymore. I mean, who wants to spend every encounter thinking of just how much younger than you this colt/mare is? Yeah, I could see them going past friends, but never to bed.

I always had the idea that Scoots was actually Spitfire's younger sister.

She never told Dash because she was afraid RD would ignore her for favor of her famous older sister.

Just like everyone else did.

Yes, I want to see this so much now. Scootaloo tries to hook Rainbow up with her brother so they can be sisters. Fund it.
