With the new (lackof) formatting, it's hard to tell where the post ends and the signature starts. I wonder if CSS got screwed up somehow.

Re: confirmations. I still say it isn't an outright confirmation of anything.

Oh, sure, the scene with the shooting stars can be interpreted in that way if you're alredy partial to the theory and want it to be hint, but it's not like it was outright stated. Even the Tumblr poss only go so far as going "nudge nudge" and letting fans' minds run wild.

It's true that Lauren intended for them to be dead, and they may be hinting a it, but it's just that. A hint. That could be interpreted that way, or another. (still partial to the perhaps more depressing thought that they are just never around, for years on end now)

So Scoots could similarly be only hinted at.

That being said, the fact that we've seen her hovering kind of precludes her being flightless.

I can't remember, did Lauren say that she planned for her to be flightless, or that she'd be bullied for sucking at learning to fly?
