I'd go discussing my thoughts on villains I like, but I'd get a lot of flak.

Let's just say I'd likely be opening up some old wounds in a couple episodes... Admittedly, as far as villains go, I enjoyed Discord and Queen Chrysalis for their relative degrees of success.

The villain enjoyed the most is Sombra, simply because unlike all the other villains, he never stopped trying.

@nesgamer: A previous poster here who let their hangups about their taste in villains give way to rants that eventually resulted in a banhammering.

Sombra is my fav because what dRoy said and becaus I like pony Sauron who was turned into shadow smoke monster. I even really like his design.

And him not saying much (but still saying few lines unlike some people claim) being problem? Pfff many great villains were silent or unable to speak.

Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.

Personally, I was annoyed by the whole Twilight's test getting more focus rather than Sombra, as necessary as it was.

For once I want to see a storyline that goes over three episodes or more. :/

I'd rather remember him as "the guy that liked earth ponies and intelligent villains". Ginger wasn't all bad.

And besides, connecting someone's name to some bad thing that should not be done feels like talking about them behind their back. And is a little unnecessary. It should be sufficient to say "don't do X, it's a bannable offense" without naming names, right?

You know, something occured to me last night... it seems like Celestia has never actually attempted a permanent solution to something so much as just shoving it under the carpet for a thousand years, then waiting for someone else to take care of it. Sombra? Locked away for a thousand years. Luna? Locked away for a thousand years. Discord? She might have figured that one would last longer, but she was still more than happy to let someone else deal with it.

Jesus, what happened before she became queen? Did she banish the dishes for a thousand years?
