@Kyler: Well, part of why I classified the Change spells as such is because True Change doesn't just paste a cheap hack-mod onto your body, it reaches into the fundamental Data of your being, your will, your Self, and changes your gender at such a bare-metal level you don't even get disoriented for long when the True Change r63s you because you change gender in totality rather than just take the shape of the opposite gender.

The lesser spells leave a lot of room for disorientation and confusion because you'll still have the suspicious nagging at the back of your mind that something is wrong about your polymorphed state.

I got the feeling we were referring to a purely physical change and that your gender identity wouldn't be affected. If the change goes so deep that you're changing someone's gender identity it hits a point where you aren't really even dealing with the same being anymore. That and I've been assuming that you're aware of the change. I.e. a pony would be fully aware that they're a mare in a stallion's body or vice versa.

Such True Change spells are usually considered to be Epic-level anyways. Most casters at best manage to make a tailor-made gender-shifting spell that accurately models how the subject would look like when the opposite gender. Original post for reference

Also, it's influenced by the way Granny Weatherwax polymorphed Greebo into a humanshape, she Changed his perception so he Believed himself to be human and the universe reformatted him to match.

Anyone anything funny to tell? My mother's giving me a really hard time.
