Okay, just a few things: Meet The Pyro had nothing to do with this show. It was generic "happy bubbly land" stuff. The Grand Duchess line, though? Irrefutable.

Those skills: 20% cooler, Evil Enchantress, and Fancy Mathematics; those all make sense. However, Potent As a Pony, Discord, and Buck Up? None of those are really direct links, are they? Buck Up is a phrase used all over the place, and Discord is just a word.

I would argue the DND use of Celestia, considering the fact that it, again, is a word that can be used without knowledge of the show, but the other two things make me wonder.

@Enlong: In regard to the borderlands ones, while stuff like "Discord" would makes sense on it's own, the fact that there are so many other blatant references to the show makes me think that they had to have known what they were saying. Same for the "Celestia" thing; it might not be a reference on it's own, but in conjunction with the other shout outs, there's no reason to think it isn't.

But the Discord skill has combination with some other resource called Anarchy. I think it's just a thematic thing based on the actual word.

The Celestia monster in DND makes sense, especially since it has the additional epithet "Brightest Star of Day". But the Discord skill is reaching, I think.

Eh, I'm not a huge fan of witch doctors personally.

Probably one of my more ambitious color jobs. For a while it seemed like it was gonna suck, but apparently no.

That's pretty nice. I don't know if I'd have emphasized the lips so much, but that's a stylistic decision.

I don't know, I've always liked mad Witch doctors. Crazy bubbling brews, being possessed by insane spirits, necromancy, it's awesome. Maybe he could be like the igors from Discworld?

To my eternal shame, I haven't read the Diskworld novels...can you fill me in?

The Igors are basically an entire family, all named Igor, who all work as... The Igor. Just read the Discworld example on that page.
