This is a very crude mock up of the Griffon Emperor◊, with Batty and one of his Praetorian Guard to show the scale. Yes, I am really going to make him that big. Large and in Charge indeed.

And thanks for the feedback on Coconut. I'm going to have to work on his tail design, but I'm otherwise pretty happy with him. Although I'm wondering if his coat needs to be a shade brighter.

now that Im looking at it I think I should take it off and attach it up a little higher.

Yeah she's been a WIP for like a month now. Im doing a yarn mane and tail which is a bit tedious. You basically have to take yarn... brush the bejeezus out of it to get little tufts that you then have to stitch together to form the mane..

@Turtle: Nice! I got a bunch of material, but it's not actual plush cloth and more like that craftwork felt they sell a lot of at Japanese dollar stores. I actually have a yet-to-be-assembled prototype plushie or Dashie made without templates (kinda crudely) that I intend to make the mane and tail and eyes and cutie mark from the felt for, where the body is assembled from gutting a Sims 3 blue cushion, since I cannae embroider to save my life. Still I hope she'll end up more symmetrical than Smarty Pants :V

Also I need to figure out how to make her wings from the plush material too. Maybe I should make them "3D" with stuffing or cardboard "bones".

Derpy's wings look a little floppy (Not finished, I assume), but the tail looks nice.
