1. AJ's big moment comes around.

2. Sea Ponies show up.

3. We get a proper recurring villian.

4. More Luna, Trixie, Gilda and Zecora!

5. A one episode crush...don't hate me.

Since when is Derpy a slur? I don't think I've ever heard it used as such, and Urban Dictionary doesn't list anything like that.

Wind Whistler is the only pony I would want back that I could think of. I like the newer AJ and Spike much better.

From what I can tell, people tend to use it as an insult, or photoshop the word "derp" over pictures of people with Down's Syndrome.

Wind Whistler is only really cool pony from G1.

I never saw i as insult exept self insult, and only picture with slaped Derp word are pictures with Walled Eyes. And as someone with Wall Eyes I don't feel insulted or ovended.

Maybe because of our Derpy? Maybe this show change meaning of that word a little ?

So I hear Wind Whistler is a pony vulcan, and the only cool G1 pony besides Firefly (who is now RD).

Could be a good pony to bring in...along with Minty.

Pony Vulcan, this is why I love her, especially she was good example of that trope considering typical characterisation of other ponies.

Y'know what I'd love to see? An episode where Apple Bloom and the crusaders bunk off school to go crusading. A very pissed off yet oddly calm Applejack would start to track them down Terminator style. Literally NOTHING they do manages to deter or slow down AJ in any way

And we'll call it... Ed Rooney's Day At Work

More (lightly) arc based stories, I.E. like the Gala trilogy, couple of stand alone episodes that are all part of one bigger story.

I will agree with Blueblood returning if the show decides to make him a ButtMonkey. I don't think I could ever get enough of seeing bad things happen to him.

Other than that my main wish is for more Applejack. Come on show, we've got the description of the first 8 episodes and still no AJ focus?

@Bagof: Ok, I would love to see an episode like that. I can see AJ going through some of the craziest stuff, unfazed. Once she gets the trio, she passes out from exhaustion.

Something that forces Pinkie Pie to be the responsible pony for once. Naturally, she has issues coping.
Cheerilee can't teach for some reason, so Twilight subs in for her. Hilarity ensues.
A Big Macintosh episode of some sort.

All three of those need to happen so bad. An episode with Pinkie having to be responsible for once is exactly what she needs. It's been suggested before that she should have to watch the CMC, which I think would make for a good episode.

How about this as an episode; a zoo opens up and, initially, everything is fine. However, Fluttershy will instantly tell the animals are not really happy. She breaks the animals out of the zoo and pandemonium ensues.

Is Applejack the best choice for being the Terminator though? She'd probably be pretty angry about having to chase the girls, which doesn't really fit with the the cool emotionless thing. Big Mac could probably pull it off better.
