I'm pretty sure there's no way Hasbro would want to call any attention to that particular plush. Better to just let it get sold and quietly move on.

@Syd: Nah, Twilight undid it. Once she completed the spell, she found a way to reverse the effects pretty easily. Also, that book is how in the Star Swirl the Bearded wing of the library.

Twilight didn't cast any spell to fix the mixed up marks. She just nudged her friends to do it themselves.

I'm pretty sure the alicornation thing only works once. I was trying to figure out what would happen if somepony who wasn't an element of harmony tried to cast the spell. Turns out it does the same thing as the incomplete spell. I don't know all the details. It's kinda complicated and I haven't really studied magic that much.

Not that becoming an alicorn wouldn't be awesome.
