Supposedly Larson read an article about animals using tools, then thought it would be hilarious to draw a cow with weirdass tools. He didn't really get far enough to figure out what the hell they were for.

His one major mistake with "Cow Tools" was that he made one of the things on the table look a little too much like a hacksaw, which doubled everyone's confusion because they were trying to figure out what the other tools looked like — the correct answer being "nothing in particular".

@Ace; it appears to be the latest 30-minute challenge. Rule of thumb, if a bunch of similarly themed pictures from different artists all show up at once on Derpibooru, chances are there was a 30-minute challenge on Tumblr or deviantART.

iBooks lets you zoom in on iPod Touch, thankfully. Shouldn't be different on iPhones.

Comixology basically just uses a slightly modified pdf reader. So yeah you can zoom in.

Saw some pony storybooks geared towards young children at Downtown East the other day. There was this box with Twi on the front and a cardboard book about a day on AJ's farm, where she talks about harvesting the apples and baking up a nice cake to share with Twi.
