It takes several thousand balloons just to lift a single person. I don't know how much a house weights, but you aren't getting that many balloons. Especially since it takes even more once you take into accoutn the weight of the balloons and string. And string isn't strong enough to hold the weight. Neither is the house for that matter. It would pprobably break apart if you could lift it, since it isn't designed to be held together like that.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
