Where would I go on TV Tropes to ask about a forum posting glitch? Ever since I updated Flash and Java a few days ago, I get taken back to my most recent post on a page whenever I refresh.

@Perpetual: I can see the intent behind it (making it so you don't have to scroll down to find your post after making it), but it's rather annoying to get rerouted to that post after scrolling down to read stuff under it.

Well it's not related to the problem, but I'd recommend disabling your J Ava plugin unless you need it for some reason.
