Going by Ponyville Confidential, Diamond Taiara's talent is leadership, IMO. Somewhat tyrannical, absolute leadership, but leadership nonetheless. A perfect fit for a tiara mark.

I've always thought of SS as being a talented Personal servant-type - a Butler, basically. She seems to fit the role with DT, especially if the angry little such-and-such is indeed leadership material.
Plus while they'd never quite be rich, depending on where they work a butler can command a salary upwards of 140, 000 per year. Which is pretty darn good.

I agree with Perpetual Lurker that DT's talent seems to be leadership. But Silver Spoon's being gourmet cooking makes sense.
EDIT:A butler could work, though I don't see the spoon symbolism. Then again, smiling flowers = making students bloom and helping them smile (I suppose that with the degree of specificity possible, you need some really abstract connections).
