I do wonder...if TV shows didn't need ad breaks and people could use the full 30 minutes, could we alleviate some of these issues with pacing that seem to crop up with these kinds of shows? Even The Legend Of Korra suffered from over-quick pacing.

I saw an episode of TMNT recently (The Pulverizer) and it seemed pretty well paced.

@Death Cloud: Probably what they normally eat. We haven't seen Fluttershy care for any animals who would normally eat ponies, since they would want to eat HER then. She didn't stop all predators from eating other animals in general, she stopped those specific animals from eating Rainbow Dash, which they were doing mainly because they were angry at her as well as hungry because she probably didn't know what kinds of food they needed. And I'm pretty sure bears are omnivores and thus wouldn't necessarily need to eat ponies to survive.

Did anyone else think "The animals are acting out Cupcakes!" with that scene? Mainly because it's Rainbow Dash who they were going to eat, and she's the main victim in that story.

That's Epic Fail in animal care. Even plant eating animals want to eat her.

Ironically it can be fixed by giving them herbivore food what make even carnivores satisfied.

There weren't any actual carnivores there. Bears are predatory omnivores. They would have been happy with some nuts and berries.

I'll bet Fluttershy knows quite a few things about cooking and food preparation. She probably makes specially made foods with the Nutrients they'd need from meat. And when that doesn't satisfy them, she'll tearfully but Pragmaticly feed a dying or too injured animal that can't be saved.

It isn't all just feeding bunnies, it must be very tough and demanding work for her.
