So what sparked this was, a fear that Season 4 will be the last one right? Well, I feel that that would be really short sighted. I think all six girls deserve to have their destinies played out for three more seasons at least. Something like:

RD joins the W Bs,

Rarity becomes the most important pony in the Canterlot social scene,

AJ founds her own farm (that's all I can think of for her atm),

and so on...with at least one girl getting a very special somepony. Then, and only then, will I be able to happily let the show go.

P.S: C Ms for the CM Cs too.

Anyone got windows 8?

I'm thinking that I should get a PC again. I haven't owned one in neary 6 years, but now that I have a good workstation, I'm thinking a cheap model might be a good idea.

Windows 8 is not well liked as far as Operating Systems go. I would stick with 7 if possible.

Also, a lot of discussion last night about the finale. I seem to always miss the interesting conversations. Probably for the best since I probably wouldn't have taken some of the statements from the people who liked the finale very well.

Windows 8 is essentially an incremental under-the-hood upgrade for 7, although people seem to dislike the new "Modern" UI. Personally, you can just get a 3rd-party Start Menu kit plugged into the traditional Desktop UI and tweak the startup to boot straight to it, but eh.
