I'd say Applejack, given her parents' likely issues with being dead. Aside from that, we don't really know much about the parents of the others to make a judgement. Pinkie and Rarity seem to openly rebel against their parents' lifestyles, but there's no indication that their relationship has soured in any way because of it.

Honestly, AJ seems pretty well adjusted, so I doubt she'd have parent issues.

I could kinda see RD's desire for adulation be the result of demanding parents, although it's just conjecture, obviously.

@JT I could easily see AJ's primary flaw of never backing down from her word regardless of the consequences to be seated in abandonment issues, though. Her parents never kept their promises, (whether it's their fault or not is a different story, ) so she's determined to never do that to anyone herself.

I see that as more of a personal pride thing rather than anything that would have to do with her parents. It might be a value her parents impressed on her that she went overboard with, but that doesn't equate to mommy/daddy issues.

The psychic son of a circus family runs away from the circus to go to a summer camp that trains young psychics to be secret agents, and he stumbles across a plot to steal the brains of all of the children to fuel psychic tanks, hatched by a cyborg dentist, who harvests the campers' brains via sneezing powder, and the circus kid has to stop him by using a tiny door that affixes to people's forheads' to enter their minds and cure their various psychological hangups.
