Ditto. She seems nice enough, but she didn't seem too sympathetic towards Apple Bloom despite having been a blankflank as well.

She probably thought Applebloom was overreacting to the whole cutie mark thing. She didn't seem to be very concerned about it prior to getting her own.

Yeah, because of Stare Master, the episode BEFORE Show Stoppers

The royal canterlot voice was probably the sort of thing you'd use on large crowds of subjects during a speech, not when talking to them face to face (why would you want to blow them away with every sentence?)
